So lastly from the technical drawings ,I created the white card model as you can see here. I decided to do it in three different subparts: one being the backing wall in the corridor, the next being the two perpendicular walls and then leaving the last being the other perpendicular walls with the window and wall lining the bed. I also made the ceiling piece for the bed corner to allow for high angle shots of the bed. I did this for camera shots and angles.
I used mountboard for all the walls other than the wall with the door to show that this would be a thicker wall as it is used externally and internally. For the interior and the pieces of furniture, I decided to just do little boxes to show what would be where rather then doing details parts of the room. This was in part a decision because I started to run out of time but also because an I felt like the room's floor plan did not show enough the furniture within the room and I wanted them to be physically represented.
Lastly, I think the video was very successful as it showed how my model worked and how you could pull things apart. Overall I was very very pleased with the video as it also showed potential shots (which is its purpose) but I liked how to show the shots I also got to show how the model works as well.
